Owners decide who may use each container. Researchers authorize exactly scoped jobs at the site. Every decision is approved with a fresh factor and recorded for scoped auditors.

The portal authorizes and monitors: It never sees keys, mounts data or runs jobs.
keylee at the site executes: Initialization, node authority, mounts and cleanup happen there.

Sign in with your institutional Google account and your broker passkey. The broker verifies the login; the portal keeps the resulting session on its server for at most 30 minutes. A portal session can never confirm an approval: each approval needs its own fresh passkey confirmation.
